It seems like the perfect idea moving abroad until the plane lands and the reality hits. Panic!
You don´t know anyone, what to do or where to go!  We have all been there.  I was lucky enough to meet an au pair who very kindly guided me through important steps like at which school to study, where to eat, shop and drink for cheap, and showed me the main sights in Paris.  It is all a bit strange but it'll take a few weeks before you get your own routine going and start feeling at home.
